Historically strong results with a common, strong corporate culture and a management team serving as a role model
Assessit is helping DNB Finans achieve its goal of a common, stronger culture focused on sales and customer service. The target groups are the senior management team, all Scandinavian managers, DNB Finans employees and relevant entities within the group. The cultural development process began in the autumn of 2011 and is still ongoing.
Assessit has assisted with the development of the management team’s purpose, their deliverables, how to work together and what each individual member should gain from being part of the management team. We train the management team in and between their regular meetings and have achieved significant efficiency improvements in the management meetings. We conduct development courses for every level of the organization, and all employees are enrolled in two common modules. The goals are:
- To build a single common organizational culture
- To strengthen the sales culture
- To increase the prevalence of desired attitudes and behaviors
- To develop leadership
- To increase cooperation across the organization
- To develop the senior management team
The initiative has been a great success and has resulted in historically strong results.
