Assessit has worked with BDO since 2014, and the assignment is still ongoing. In collaboration with the client, we have developed and implemented leadership development programs with sessions for partners and managers. The aim is for leaders to gain an expanded repertoire and feel more confident in their roles.

Assessit has assisted with individual coaching of all partners and managers, a service which has been rated very highly. We are also helping executives in the company succeed in implementing the approved strategy running to 2020. At BDO, we work closely with HR and have focused on execution skills, confidence, and repertoire. Sessions have been organized on both a national and regional level.
