Getting staff back to work with Outplacement services

Assessit assists Subsea7 AS with restructuring processes on both sides of the employer-employee relationship. The processes are ongoing and continually meet the goal of getting employees quickly back to work.

The restructuring programs involve outplacement services for more than 350 employees who have been made redundant by the company. Assessit offers one-on-one meetings with employees who wish to make use of the service. The meetings focus on competencies and gaining insight and training in coping with the situation of being made redundant. The focus has been on coping with the situation, active job search, strength-based competence mapping, interview training, and motivating the dismissed employees to seek new employment. The process has been adapted to individual needs as required.

A total of 9 Assessit consultants have been involved in the services in Oslo, Stavanger, Ålesund, Grimstad, and Kristiansand.  The work began in November 2014 and is still ongoing.
