More confident and clear managers

In collaboration with the HR team, Assessit is planning and implementing a leadership development program consisting of three sessions over two days. The aim is for the managers to become more comfortable and clear in their leadership roles and better at motivating and engaging staff, increasing their self-awareness, and developing the courage and capacity to implement necessary changes. The program builds on the already completed leadership training course from 2011-2013 (with Assessit) and is still ongoing.

The program is based on Apotek 1’s strategy platform and focuses in particular on the company’s values and guidelines for management, culture, and behavior. In collaboration with Apotek 1, Assessit has developed a 360-degree evaluation, train-the-trainer guide, timetable, presentations, and an overview of all the models and theories utilized in the program.

We have now had a partnership spanning several years. We see that there is value is maintaining continuity in the program with the same team of consultants.

The program has led to very rapid results since the majority of managers (280 pharmacists) have gone through many of the themes and now work within a common conceptual framework.
