Common management platform
Assessit delivered cultural, organizational, and leadership development with the overarching goal of making Sund Municipality the top municipality to live in in Norway. To achieve this, we worked on several levels, developing the senior executive team and executive development for all managers and representatives of the municipality. We established a new and shared management culture built on strength-based development and rooted in the municipality’s organizational values. Assessit developed customized training courses, facilitated management sessions for senior and middle management, and working group sessions and provided counseling and sparring at the senior management level.
Sund municipality has found Assessit to be in tune with our needs and flexible with regards to our thoughts and aims. At the same time, we have found Assessit’s advice and feedback to be clear and marked by considerable professional integrity.

The key result thus far is that the managers now have a common management platform and shared understanding of what leads to goal fulfillment. The managers have also become better acquainted and have therefore developed a common culture across service areas.
