Enhanced execution skills in connection with leadership development

Assessit has been a strategic partner of the Arcus Group since 2014, helping them develop their leadership and management culture. Five of our consultants have worked closely with the group management and HR from the beginning.

We designed a tailor-made 360-degree leadership assessment based on Arcus’ leadership principles and provided individual management coaching for all 60 of its managers in Scandinavia. We also developed and implemented the leadership development program Arcus Academy. The program is rooted in Adaptive Leadership and central theories and evidence from management research.

Using Adaptive Leadership tools, we have enhanced the execution capacity across the group. Each manager identified the most important change process within his/her area of responsibility, gained new knowledge and tools to successfully manage that process, and worked systematically with analysis and sparring in smaller working groups consisting of management colleagues.

The managers have developed their leadership skills across functions and borders, and individual managers as well as the Arcus Group as a whole have had their execution capacity enhanced.
